This explains who owns what when you use Clarion: your inputs, your results, and the limited licence that lets us run the service for you.

01Your inputs stay yours

You keep all ownership of the briefs you write and the brand assets you upload — your logo, colours and reference text. Uploading them to Clarion does not transfer ownership to us.

02The limited licence you grant us

To operate the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display your inputs and assets solely to generate your deliverables and to show you your recent work. We do not use them for any other purpose.

We do not use your inputs, uploads or generated results to train AI models. Uploaded brand assets are processed only to produce your deliverables and are cleared within 30 days.

03Your generated results

Subject to these terms and your payment being in good standing, you own the drafts, briefs, slides, cards and shorts that Clarion generates for you, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes. Because AI can produce similar output for different users, results are not guaranteed to be unique.

04Your responsibility for rights

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you submit and to how you use the results. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use, and do not include third-party brands, trademarks, names or copyrighted work without authorisation.

05Our brand

The Clarion name, look and the illustrative visuals on this site are ours or our licensors'. Owning your own results does not give you rights to our branding, templates as templates, or the site's own imagery.

06Illustrative assets

The imagery shown across the studio and marketing pages is illustrative. Any figures or shapes depicted inside those visuals are decorative only, not real data, and must not be reused as factual content.
